A large and spacious atrium, situated in the centre of the building, brings lots of light and a sensation for space and integrity. The main restaurant has 320 seats plus dancing area and performers scene, lobby restaurant with 180 seats and lots of dancing area, mezzanine terrace (60 seats), restaurant bar, lobby bar, cocktail bar, heated indoor swimming pool (100 sq.m.; 1.60 m depth) with a children’s section ( 0.80 m), gym, sauna, steam bath, doctor, balneology centre, hair dresser, internet corner, children's room, mass events and moovie hall with 100 seats.
Double room description: 31 sq. m floorage approx. Each room is with separate balcony, air condition/heating, satellite TV, refrigerator (mini bar on request/extra charge), telephone with direct line, safe for individual use, two separate beds with possibility for uniting in a common bedroom. Bathrooms have shower cabins or baths, ventilation and stationary hair drier. Maximum accommodation - two adults on regular beds and two children on extra, or three adults. This kind of premises are offered with sea and park view.
Small studio description: 40 sq. m. floorage approx., with view towards the sea, upholstered furniture, three regular beds with possibility for more two extra beds, bath in bathroom. Everything else as in Dbl room.
Large studio description: 50 sq. m floorage approximately with view towards the sea, large terrace, two toilets, one bathroom with bath upholstered furniture. Two adults with two children can be accommodated; three adults and three children, or two adults with three children. Everything else as in Dbl room.
Family room: two separate double rooms with locking connecting door between them. Two separated WC, bath in one of the bathrooms, shower cube in the other. Two balconies.
